Connect with Matched Providers
Based on your results, we identify certified ITAD providers who match your industry, equipment types, location, and compliance needs. You choose whether to be connected. Your information is never shared without your explicit consent.
What the Assessment Evaluates
The assessment scores your organization across six dimensions — the same factors certified ITAD providers evaluate when scoping an engagement.
- Regulatory Exposure — Which compliance frameworks apply to you — HIPAA, GLBA, PCI-DSS, FERPA, NIST 800-88, FISMA — and what penalty exposure do they create?
- Asset Profile — What equipment are you retiring, how much of it, and what’s its condition?
- Data Sensitivity — What data lives on your devices? The classification determines the destruction standard required.
- Current Practices — How are you handling IT disposal today? This is the strongest indicator of compliance gap severity.
- Trigger Event & Timeline — What’s driving this need and when does it need to happen?
- Organizational Profile — Your industry, size, and location count provide the context that makes every other dimension meaningful.
How Provider Matching Works
Your assessment results generate a matching profile. Providers are matched to your needs — not the other way around. You’re never matched with a provider who lacks the certifications your industry requires or doesn’t serve your area.
Provider Network Standards
- R2v3 or e-Stewards for environmental compliance
- NAID AAA for secure data destruction
- ISO 27001 for information security management
- Cyber liability insurance with verified coverage
- Geographic verification — confirmed service areas, not self-reported
How SureDispose Earns Revenue
ITAD service providers compensate SureDispose for qualified introductions. You pay nothing.
Understanding how we earn revenue is the simplest way to understand why you can trust us. Providers pay for access to organizations that have been assessed, profiled, and matched to their capabilities — because these introductions are dramatically more valuable than cold leads. This model aligns our incentives with yours: we have no financial interest in which provider you choose, no preferred vendor agreements, and no reason to overstate your risk or inflate your urgency.
SureDispose is an independent advisory platform. We connect organizations with vetted ITAD service providers but do not perform disposition services directly. Your assessment data is never shared with providers without your explicit consent.
Common Questions
Is this really free?
Yes. The assessment, readiness report, and provider match are all free. Providers compensate SureDispose for qualified introductions.
Why do you need my contact information?
We ask for your name, email, company, and role after you’ve completed the assessment and seen a preview of your results. We earn your information by demonstrating value first.
Who sees my assessment data?
Only you see your full readiness report. If you opt into a provider connection, matched providers receive a summary — your industry, equipment types, volume range, timeline, and compliance needs. Your full responses and readiness score are not shared.
How is this different from contacting a vendor directly?
Vendor websites are designed to sell you their services. SureDispose assesses your situation objectively before you talk to anyone.
What if I’m not ready to engage a provider?
Your report is yours regardless. Many organizations use it for internal planning or to build a business case.
How do you vet providers?
R2v3 or e-Stewards, NAID AAA, and ISO 27001 certifications are required minimums. All providers carry active cyber liability insurance.
Is the assessment tailored to my industry?

How long does it take?
